SAP system implemented more than 10 years ago was not being used effectively at all. As per the MD, it was only an electronic register.
solution
We studied the business process and identified that the root cause was incorrect setup of SAP. SAP setup was not aligned to the Engineer to order processes of customer. We suggested the possible corrective actions for the customer.

Customer understood the gaps and rightly decided to go for S4 HANA upgrade and re-implementation of SAP.
